कृपया हाम्रो वेबसाइट प्रयोग गर्नु अघि यी नियम तथा सर्तहरू ध्यानपूर्वक पढ्नुहोस्।
हाम्रो वेबसाइट प्रयोग गर्नु, खरीद गर्नु वा ब्राउज गर्नु मतलब तपाईंले यी नियम तथा सर्तहरू स्वीकार गर्नुभएको हो।

1. सामान्य जानकारी

यो वेबसाइट Cycle Nepal Pvt. Ltd. द्वारा सञ्चालित छ।
हामी नेपालभर साइकिल तथा सम्बन्धित पार्ट्स बिक्री, डेलिभरी र ग्राहक सेवा प्रदान गर्दछौं।
तपाईं कम्तीमा १८ वर्ष उमेर पुगेको हुनुपर्छ वा अभिभावकको अनुमति प्राप्त गर्नुपर्छ।

2. अर्डर र भुक्तानी

सबै अर्डरहरू हाम्रो वेबसाइट मार्फत वा हामीलाई फोन गरेर गर्न सकिन्छ।
भुक्तानी नगद (Cash on Delivery), बैंक ट्रान्सफर वा अनलाइन पेमेंट गेटवे मार्फत गर्न सकिन्छ।
अर्डर पुष्टि भएपछि मात्र सामान पठाइनेछ।

3. डेलिभरी नीति

हामी नेपालभर डेलिभरी गर्ने प्रयास गर्छौं।
तर, स्थानको भौगोलिक अवस्था र यातायात सुविधाको आधारमा केही ठाउँहरूमा डेलिभरी गर्न नसकिने सम्भावना हुन सक्छ।
यस्ता अवस्थामा, अर्डर प्राप्त भएपछि हामी तपाईंलाई फोन, WhatsApp सन्देश वा इमेलमार्फत डेलिभरी सम्भव/असम्भवबारे पुष्टि गर्नेछौं।
सामान सामान्यतया २–७ कार्यदिवसभित्र डेलिभरी गरिन्छ।
डेलिभरी शुल्क स्थान अनुसार लाग्न सक्छ।

4. फिर्ता र विनिमय नीति

सामान प्राप्त भएको २४ घण्टा भित्र दोष भेटिएमा मात्र फिर्ता वा विनिमय गर्न सकिन्छ।
प्रयोग गरिएका, क्षतिग्रस्त वा अपूरो सामान फिर्ता लिन सकिँदैन।
ग्राहकले सामान फिर्ता पठाउँदा लाग्ने डेलिभरी शुल्क आफैँ बेहोर्नुपर्छ।

5. वारेन्टी (Guarantee/Warranty)

केही उत्पादहरूमा कम्पनीको नियमअनुसार वारेन्टी लागू हुन सक्छ।
वारेन्टी दाबी गर्न खरिद बिल अनिवार्य छ।

6. बौद्धिक सम्पत्ति अधिकार

यस वेबसाइटमा रहेका सबै सामग्रीहरू (जस्तै: लोगो, डिजाइन, फोटो, सामग्री, ब्रान्ड नाम) Cycle Nepal Pvt. Ltd. को सम्पत्ति हुन्।
अनुमति बिना कुनै सामग्री प्रयोग गर्न पाइँदैन।

7. उत्तरदायित्वको सीमा

सामानको गलत प्रयोग, दुर्घटना वा क्षतिको लागि Cycle Nepal Pvt. Ltd. जिम्मेवार हुने छैन।
वेबसाइटमा देखाइएका तस्वीर र वास्तविक सामानबीच सानो भिन्नता हुन सक्छ।

This website is operated by Cycle Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
We sell and deliver bicycles, and related parts, and provide customer service throughout Nepal.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.

2. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed through our website or by calling us directly.
Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, or online payment gateway.
Orders will only be shipped after confirmation of payment.

3. Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver across Nepal.
However, due to geographical conditions or transportation limitations, delivery may not be possible in some areas.
In such cases, we will contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or email after receiving your order to confirm whether delivery is possible.
Products are usually delivered within 2–7 working days.
Delivery charges may apply depending on the location.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

Products can be returned or exchanged only if defects are found within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Used, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers must bear the delivery cost when returning a product.

5. Warranty

Some products may come with a warranty as per the manufacturer’s policy.
The original purchase bill is mandatory for any warranty claims.
