1. फिर्ता वा विनिमयका लागि योग्य अवस्था

• सामान डेलिभरीको समयमा नै दोषपूर्ण वा क्षतिग्रस्त भएको अवस्थामा मात्र फिर्ता वा विनिमय गर्न सकिन्छ।
• सामान प्राप्त भएको २४ घण्टा भित्र फिर्ता/विनिमयको अनुरोध गर्नुपर्छ।
• सामान प्रयोग नगरेको, मौलिक प्याकेजिङमा भएको, र प्राप्त भएको जस्तै अवस्थामा हुनुपर्छ।

2. फिर्ता गर्न नपाइने वस्तुहरू

• प्रयोग गरिएका, जडान/फिटिङ गरिएको, वा क्षतिग्रस्त सामानहरू फिर्ता लिन सकिँदैन।
• मौलिक प्याकेजिङ नभएका वा खरिद प्रमाण (बिल) नभएका सामानहरू फिर्ता गर्न सकिँदैन।
• ग्राहकको गलत प्रयोग वा बेवास्ताका कारण बिग्रिएका सामानहरू फिर्ता गर्न पाइँदैन।

3. फिर्ता प्रक्रिया

• फिर्ता वा विनिमयको अनुरोध गर्न, सामान प्राप्त भएको २४ घण्टा भित्र हामीलाई [email protected] मा इमेल गर्नुहोस् वा ग्राहक सेवा नम्बरमा सम्पर्क गर्नुहोस्।
• आफ्नो अर्डर नम्बर, कारण, र दोष देखिने फोटो वा भिडियो पठाउनुहोस्।
• हाम्रो टोलीले तपाईंको अनुरोध जाँच गरी फिर्ता प्रक्रिया बारे निर्देशन दिनेछ।

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Return or Exchange

• Items can only be returned or exchanged if they are found defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
• A return/exchange request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used, installed/fitted, or damaged items cannot be returned.
• Items without original packaging or without a purchase receipt/invoice cannot be returned.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

• To request a return or exchange, you must contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

• Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
